Jungkook Thanks to BTS ARMY for Birthday Wishes During Military Service

The BTS ARMY’s love for Jungkook was warmly acknowledged by him, as they celebrated his 27th birthday with great enthusiasm. On Sunday, September 1, Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, expressed his gratitude through Weverse, despite being occupied with his military duties.

The fans were reassured by Jungkook, who shared, “I am doing well,” and he thanked them for their birthday wishes. It was also mentioned by him that the remaining time in the military would be completed successfully, and he hoped that the ARMY would stay well during that period.

Moreover, the excitement among fans extends beyond his birthday, as they eagerly anticipate his debut solo documentary, “Jungkook: I Am Still.” The documentary, which is scheduled to premiere globally on September 18, will chronicle his remarkable journey from being a BTS member to a world-renowned solo superstar.

Additionally, the documentary will provide a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes efforts that went into creating his solo album, “Golden,” including unseen moments from its intense promotion.

To give some background, Jungkook, along with fellow BTS member Jimin, enlisted in the military companion soldiers’ program on December 12, 2023. Both are expected to be discharged in June 2025, at which point they will reunite with the other BTS members—Jimin, Jin, J-Hope, RM, Suga, and V.
