Arshad Nadeem Receives Special Olympic Record Number Plate from Sindh Excise Department

A new service has been introduced by the Sindh Excise Department, aiming to improve convenience for vehicle owners by delivering number plates directly to their homes. This initiative, which reflects a commitment to enhancing public services, is part of a broader strategy to streamline vehicle registration processes.

Special offices are set to be established for issuing premium number plates, ensuring a smoother experience for those seeking these services. Additionally, a new motor registration office will be opened in District South of Karachi. Notably, this office will operate during extended evening hours, making it more accessible to residents who may have difficulty visiting during regular hours.

The success of the premium number plate program’s initial phase was emphasized by Sharjeel Inam Memon, Sindh’s Senior Minister, who oversees several sectors, including transport, mass transit, excise, taxation, and narcotics control. According to him, the positive public response has been very encouraging.

This new service was introduced during a meeting led by Minister Memon, with the goal of making the vehicle registration process more efficient and user-friendly. By offering home delivery of number plates, the Sindh Excise Department aims to provide a hassle-free experience for the public.
