Witnesses shared that the crowd halted the dumper driver and began assaulting him. In his desperate bid to escape, the driver slammed into two motorcycles. Fortunately, no lives were lost in the incident.
One motorcyclist was injured in the incident.

In a further act of fury, an angry mob torched a water tanker at Baba Mor in Surjani Town.
Liaquat Mehsud, leader of the Dumper Association, informed the media at Power House Chowrangi that the fire had consumed a total of 11 vehicles during the incident.
He urged that those who set the vehicles on fire should be held responsible.
In response, the authorities have started a quick effort to find the people behind the burning of the dumpers, and they’ve already arrested several suspects.
CCTV Footage to Aid Investigation
According to the SSP Central spokesperson, authorities are using CCTV footage and videos to identify the suspects.
He further assured the public that the roads around the powerhouse are now open for traffic and warned that those attempting to disrupt the peace will be dealt with severely.
