CCTV footage showed that the incident started when a passenger bus suddenly stopped in the middle of the road to let people off. That unexpected stop caused a chain of accidents, turning the busy road into a scene of disaster.
A motorcyclist lost control and skidded across the road. Seeing him fall, another man riding nearby rushed to help without thinking twice. But in that brave attempt, tragedy struck. A passing water tanker hit him, and he didn’t survive.
Police later confirmed the victim was 40-year-old Abdul Rehman.
After the incident, the tanker driver ran from the scene, leaving the vehicle behind. The bus that had suddenly stopped and triggered the accident also sped away.
