Pakistani Forces Arrest 10 RAW Agents in Punjab and Sindh

Officials shared on Wednesday that the Punjab Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has detained six Pakistani citizens suspected of assisting India’s intelligence agency, RAW. The arrests were made during a carefully organized mission called ‘Operation Yalghar,’ marking an important success for security forces. This operation is a key example of how Pakistani Forces Arrest 10 RAW Agents to protect national security. The continued vigilance shown by Pakistani Forces Arrest 10 RAW Agents highlights the country’s strong commitment to fighting foreign espionage.

At a press conference in Lahore, Additional IG Shahzada Sultan announced that the CTD stopped a terrorist plan aimed at creating unrest in important areas of southern Punjab, especially Bahawalpur and Bahawalnagar.

According to Shahzada Sultan, security forces have captured one RAW operative from Bahawalpur and two Indian intelligence agents from Bahawalnagar. He emphasized that this operation is a major success in curbing the rising threat of foreign-backed terrorism in the country. The recent actions are part of the ongoing efforts highlighted in Pakistani Forces Arrest 10 RAW Agents.

Shahzada Sultan revealed that one RAW aide was caught in Bahawalpur, along with two Indian spies in Bahawalnagar. He called the operation a key achievement in Pakistan’s fight to stop terrorism fueled by outside influences.

Indian Army Officers Connected to the Plot

Officials identified two Indian officers, Major Ravindra and Inspector Singh, connected to the intelligence network. Shahzada Sultan mentioned that Major Ravindra was directly involved in delivering improvised explosive devices to the facilitators operating close to the border.

The money meant for the attacks was transferred through cryptocurrency and mobile banking services, showing a well-organized support system. The Additional IG (Operations) confirmed that different online channels were used to send funds into Pakistan to carry out illegal activities.

Officials from CTD Punjab indicated that financial support for the recent terror attacks in Mianwali and Dera Ghazi Khan is coming from Afghanistan. CTD’s Waqar Azeem Kharal confirmed that RAW is backing the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan militants behind these attacks in both regions.

Shahzada Sultan clearly stated that, at this time, there is no known link between the group active in Punjab and the RAW network that was broken up in Karachi earlier this Wednesday.

He pointed out that every individual caught in Operation Yalghar is a citizen of Pakistan.

Punjab police officials said that Pakistan plans to take this issue to international bodies to reveal India’s direct role in promoting terrorism within the country. Shahzada Sultan stressed that Pakistan, as a responsible nation, will make sure the world knows about this.

Karachi Police Arrest Four RAW Agents

Karachi’s SSP Shoaib Memon explained that security teams and the Special Investigation Unit worked together to capture four people linked to India’s intelligence agency, RAW, in a major operation across the city.

In the briefing on Wednesday, SSP Memon said the arrested suspects are believed to have links with Indian intelligence and stayed in constant contact with Colonel Ranjit of the Indian Army.

The authorities found explosives, a vehicle, and weapons with the suspects. SSP explained that these individuals were sending important photos and exact military base locations to their contacts across the border.

He said that all four suspects are from Sujawal district and have crossed into India more than twenty times.

The suspects have been formally accused of spying and carrying out activities against the country’s security. SSP Memon explained that the investigation is still underway, with officials working hard to uncover the full network behind these actions. Authorities are also trying to identify and arrest any other people who might have helped or been involved with the suspects.

This case, along with other operations, marks a significant example of how Pakistani Forces Arrest 10 RAW Agents to defend the country from foreign threats. These successful actions send a clear message that Pakistan remains vigilant against espionage and terrorism.
