Petrol and Diesel Prices in Pakistan May Go Up to 300

Pakistan – Petrol And Diesel prices may go up in September. The country is facing its toughest money problems in a long time.

The sudden increase will hit people who are already struggling with high prices in two ways. These people are already protesting on the streets because their electricity bills are too high.

In the news around town, there’s talk that the price of petrol could go higher by Rs12 for each litre starting on September 1, 2023. This might cause another jump in oil prices.

Another jump in prices happened due to the rise in worldwide oil expenses. Additionally, the value of our local currency decreased, leading to an impact on the exchange rate. This change in the exchange rate was influenced by both the higher global oil prices and the decrease in our currency’s value.

Guess what? The cost of diesel is about to rise by a good amount – specifically, Rs14.83 for each liter. Can you believe it? This means we’ll need to spend more money when we fill up our tanks. Keep an eye on your wallets!

In the last few weeks, the price of petrol has gone up by Rs37.50, and the price of diesel has also increased by Rs40 for every liter.

The Petrol and Diesel Prices has been raised by around Rs 20 per liter during the last change. Soon, there might be another increase in the price, which will make the situation even worse.
